Snowview Support Services Limited is a Telecoms Infrastructure support company headquartered in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. The company started operations in February 2013 in Port-Harcourt Rivers State, Nigeria.
We are positioned to take advantage of understanding the operating environment in South/South, and South/East, based on our experience by providing proven support and services to telco infrastructure providers and the rapidly developing managed services operations on passive and active components.
The company specializes in Turnkey roll-out with focus on Site Acquisition (SAQ), Site
Build
civil work, sites Upgrades, alarms retrofitting, community relations, passive and active
elements managed services/maintenance. We also provide site security management.
Our goal is to be regional admired telecoms infrastructure support company that our services and supports are being conducted through doing and following the right methods and procedures (focus on service delivery for clients, cost efficiency, community relations and security management) that delight our customers.



Management team

Charles Chukwudi Okeyia Okonyia
CEODr. Charles Okeyia is a distinguished academic, executive leader, and telecoms professional whose career spans higher education, corporate management, and large-scale technical operations. As a Doctoral Faculty member at the Graduate School of Business and Management, he brings a unique blend of scholarly insight and real-world leadership experience to the development of future business leaders and researchers.
He serves as Director of SNOWVIEW LIMITED and CEO/COO of Snowview Support Services Limited, where he provides strategic oversight, drives operational excellence, and leads initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and organizational growth across multiple business sectors.
Dr. Okeyia’s earlier career includes senior leadership roles at MTN, LM Ericsson, and MTNN Telecommunications, where he directed network operations, regional programs, and large technical teams—ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across complex telecommunications infrastructures.
In addition to his executive accomplishments, Dr. Okeyia has contributed meaningfully to academia as a Lecturer at the University of East London, mentoring students and shaping research-driven curricula in management and leadership disciplines.
Renowned for his strategic vision, analytical depth, and commitment to excellence, Dr. Okeyia embodies the intersection of academic scholarship and corporate leadership, continually advancing both organizational success and academic development.

Oluchi Iwuh
General ManagerOluchi Iwuh has an MBA in General Management from the Coventry University United Kingdom and also a 1ST degree in History and International relations from Abia State University Uturu. Abia State, Nigeria
She has worked with Barclays Bank in the United Kingdom and Skye Bank Plc in Nigeria. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
